How a program is built
The scope states the areas, the frequency, the products, and the hours. A shift supervisor inspects the work before it is offered for acceptance. Completion and exceptions are documented, and exceptions are reported on the same shift.
Commercial terms
A facility high-touch clean is $0.15 per square foot, with a minimum charge of $175. Exterior wash rates are on the facility schedule. A full janitorial program is quoted from the areas, the frequency, the hours, and the specification.
To price the work, SANIVANTA needs the property type, the areas in scope, the expected frequency, the operating schedule, and the access requirements.
