| Dry wash | A waterless exterior clean when the airport or the schedule calls for it. |
| Wet wash | A rinsed exterior wash, scheduled as its own visit. |
| Brightwork | Metal work brought up with the exterior visit. |
| Gear and belly | Landing gear and belly work, scoped with the exterior. |
| Deep clean and detail | Charter, corporate, FBO, and appearance work, including cabin leather care and window cleaning, scoped to the aircraft. |
Aircraft services are quoted after review of fleet types, schedule, access, and the customer’s specifications. They are not on the fleet rate sheet.
How the station is staffed
One director. A supervisor on the shift. Crews by zone.
The Director of Field Operations holds the station relationship. A shift supervisor is assigned to operating shifts. Crews are assigned by zone: cabin, lavatory, galley, and exterior. Exterior work is staffed separately from the cabin crew.

- PPE for the task, FOD prevention, and tool accountability
- Masking for probes and sensors on exterior visits
- Chemical handling and incident reporting
- Approved chemicals, and waste in the stream designated for the visit
Fleet type, schedule, access, and specifications.
From that, SANIVANTA confirms scope, price, and a start plan. Insurance certificates go out before the first visit. Badging starts in pre-mobilization.
